Bowers & Wilkins is a British manufacturer of sound equipment. It is dominating the market by focusing on premium high-end products. From a strategic point of view, the high-end premium audio market has little change and product replacement cycles are long. As a result, the profit structure of Bowers & Wilkins deteriorated due to difficulties in generating new profits.The so-called fashionable and well-selling products were dominated by other brands,
We suggested that Bowers & Wilkins make fashionable products such as B&O. It also suggested things that the competitor has not yet made. Portable speakers, Bluetooth earphones, monitors with premium sound bars, and lamps designed to listen to music. We thought light and sound were a great combination. so, we design speaker with lighting for B&W. You can set up soft, atmospheric lights while listening to music. Also, if the dining table has music to match the atmosphere, the meal will be many times more enjoyable.
Music and lighting are so important in bed. When you wake up in the morning, you can wake up to the soft sound of soft music. While reading books, you can answer the phone or respond to important messages. The lighting is adjusted to a variety of colors and brightness, and it also changes automatically according to the music.

We proposed various ideas to Bowers & Wilkins by applying them to lifestyle. They thought carefully and responded well to the applicable products.
But early in the COVID-19 pandemic, Bowers & Wilkins went bankrupt due to mismanagement and was suspended just before production. We charged the cost related to mock-up, CMF development, and packaging design development, but most of the people in charge could not be contacted. Nearly all of Bowers & Wilkins employees have been replaced due to the pandemic. We are still willing to charge Bowers & Wilkins for the design because we have not received compensation (Bowers & Wilkins went bankrupt early in the pandemic and is now normalizing). I haven't received the cost of designing with them yet
